Week Ten - Dumb Blonde
We all have blonde moments, even those of you who aren’t blonde.
Apparently I’ve been having an ongoing blonde moment. Our bathroom scale battery was low which caused it to show the last accurate measurement. Once I replaced the battery, I was able to get an accurate weight of 259 which means I’ve lost 10 pound in 10 weeks! This is completely acceptable weight loss and finally feeling like I’m not wasting my efforts. Slow and steady wins the race…
I’ve done three hot yoga classes, 2 days of circuit training and I even got out of bed to use the stationary bike at the Holiday Inn while we were out of town over the weekend. I guess all this hard work has been effective, I just was too used to having struggles with weight loss and assumed the scale wouldn’t lie. What a lesson in learning to have more confidence in myself.
